About Ideal Weight Calculations:

Frame Size Guidelines:

- • Medium Frame: Wrist measurement 6.5-7.5" (men) or 5.5-6.5" (women)
- • Large Frame: Wrist measurement greater than 7.5" (men) or 6.5" (women)
